Toon Boom Studio is an award-winning animation application for Mac OS X. However, Toon Boom apparently won't save files under the latest version of Mac OS X. Compounding the problem is the fact that the next version of Toon Boom isn't due from Toon Boom Technologies for another 4-6 months. The upgrade, which will purportedly be optimized for Mac OS X 10.1, is anticipated for a spring 2002 arrival.

Toon Boom Studio is designed to bring many of the capabilities of Toon Boom's high-end product, USAnimation, to the designers and creators of character animations for the Web.
